hi guys, I'm currently on 10G rooted, I have read through the thread and understood that I need to first unfreeze apps, then unroot in order to get the ota. But the problem right now is that I have actually deleted a lot of apps, like att drivemod, YP etc. I have system update center under freeze, so I can get that one back. For the ones that I deleted, does them matters? If I just unfreeze system update center, would I be able to get the ota after unroot? If not, does it mean I'm stuck with 10G forever?

deleting is fine. you just need to unfreeze all the ones you froze, go to supersu and do a full unroot, then flash the stock unrooted 10g system.img, install the OTA update, then reflash the rooted system.img for 10o

This may be a bit off topic but my phone is unlocked running on T-Mo. Hence I do not get any OTA. Any way for me to upgrade?

Thanks in advance.
Did you ever get this answered? I also have an AT&T unlocked phone that I run on T-Mobile.
Where can I find root instructions for it?

To my understanding, we can update without blowing the qfuse by flashing the bootstack and system image of the new version directly? Can anyone post the 10o bootstack?

Here you go!https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0GmP9HjTTLJM0NfUktfYkFLYWs/view?usp=sharing

The process for un-rooting is pretty simple. Just go through all of the steps in the LER post, and in the final step, change the name of the file in the dd command to match this one. Or you can always rename the file to match what's in the dd command to avoid fiddling with that line of text. Just make sure that you unfreeze any apps before you go back to stock. I didn't do that, so I had to re-root, unfreeze and un-root again.
Hi buddy, it doesn't matter if I deleted all the bloatware apps?, can I still safely unroot using this method?

Is there any actual noticeable difference between the latest version and version g? Phone is working fine and I don't want to risk anything for no reason, if you know what I mean

Nope, will never happened
So I'm pretty much stuck with the software it came with? Bummer, this phone has potential for so much more. Do you know of a fix for the battery drain? My battery goes from 100% to 90% in less than two minutes, it goes down without me even using the phone. I tried calibrating the battery, still the same.

You can root the device and tweaks the stock kernel with kernel adiutor, some init.d script will also help a bit..
We have locked bootloader device so not much can do..
