are we cursed. same damn noise on mine since the 30th. i tried for 4 hrs and got a beatdown as usual asking when the hell are we getting charged, maybe you can call and break down their walls. i felt physically ill after being slung around like mud transfer 23 times ans all eluded the truth and said NO CARRIERS PRE NOTIFY BEING CHARGED SOON. i think they know damn well when to charge and they keep saying on SHIPPING DAY.thats a boldface lie.

At least T-mobile contacts their customers and lets them know what's going on. Sigh

Says "in progress" since 4/6. It says "delivery date by April 21st", so it better get here sooner!!

Anyone know what carrier AT&T usually uses for phone shipments?

TMO WILL BE ONLY BESIDES GREECE GETTING DEVICES EARLY.

Here's how this has worked in the past. The T-Mobile'rs work themselves up in to a frenzy because they get a UPS shipping number and a debit to their credit card. For 2-5 days they frantically check UPS and it shows "shipping info received" or some similar nebulous message. Then days later on the date T-Mobile authorizes UPS to actually send the phones out real tracking data becomes available. Meantime we hear nothing from AT&T and then get a text with a tracking number that actually shows our phone are shipped. T-Mobile'rs had tracking numbers for days before I got my Note7 tracking number and I received my phone the next day; ahead of 99% of the T-Mobile'rs watching their tracking progress every 5 minutes.

We'll see if the same thing hold true this time.

lemme guess, you got notice its shipping, or does yours say preparing for shipment. im more wanting them to charge card. that guarantees ship is next.

No, I didn't get a notification it was shipping. I have a UPS My Choice account so I can have the package held for pickup if I won't be home but don't have a FedEx account.

WHEWWWWWWWWW. i was ready to flip out because it seems my carrier and millions more were being left in tmobiles dust. mine says preparing for 14 days, imagine how it would feel

My status didn't change until today and then I saw the charge post on my acct again.

My status also changed today. It's been saying processing for 2 weeks now and it changed to preparing to ship. My card was also charged

I did want to let you guys know that tracking info is showing via the UPS app if you are signed up for UPS My Choice. My order still shows "preparing to ship" with AT&T, but the info is available via UPS. You can sign up for a free UPS My Choice account.
