AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Pre-Order-Waiting-Shipping Room

i ordered the 25th, confirmation emails said pre orders ship 9/11. if i login to samsung.com i just see order placed on 8/25. where are you all seeing this shipping date status?

I ordered on the 25th as well and initially my check order screens said shipping for the 12th. Now, it has been blank since yesterday.

Just hopeful speculation on my part, but I'm hoping the date got moved up. Or maybe Samsung has maneuvered dates now that they know that Apple is announcing the iPhone on the 12th.

Glad I'm not the only one. When I check I just see an order placed date as well. Email says 12th and that's what the Note8 pre-order page says. I also have to mention how awful the AT&T site is, and the mobile app is almost unusable. Old site may have been outdated, but at least **** loaded properly and quickly.

I ordered on the 24th (technically it was still the 23rd in Alaska). The confirmation email said shipment on the 5th. Their website says "preparing to ship" with no date. It also has the model number as SM-950U. Don't AT&T phones usually have an "A" at the end?

The AT&T model numbers are SM-N950UZSAATT, SM-N950UZKAATT, and SM-N950UZVAATT
Not sure why there are three published model numbers when AT&T is only offering two color choices.
They just used the generic model number as a place holder on the pre-order page.


The US unlocked model number is SM-N950UZKAXAA

When I pre-ordered my Note 5 two years ago I ended up getting it 4 or 5 days before the official release date. Here's hoping that is the case this time too!

Just got the tempered glass screen protector in the mail. The screen is huge. Almost as big as my S7e. Can't wait till it gets here.

I'm trying to talk to someone right now and they keep telling me when I ordered the device. I just want to know when my phone will be in my hands. I tracked it online and there's no more shipping date. So hopefully I get it soon.

They eventually told me that I'll get it by the 12th
