At&t shipping and all things purchasing of Note 3

ugh what is it with AT&T and being stingy with the box contents haha. Proprietary packaging and everything. Its real hit or miss isnt it? All of my Notes had the AT&T Box yet all my Galaxy S phones came in sammy packaging with full compliment. I personally never use the headphones but my kids seem to eat through em. Even my HTC One came in its own box with stickers that noone ever really uses.

Anyways congrats on yur new toy haha bet your having a blast with it!

Heh, even though I got 2-day FedEx, I'm in Dallas and the phone is in Fort Worth... that's a 40 minute drive, but it will still take 2 days. Laaaame.

I'm in Euless a little closer to Fort Worth but still have to wait 2 days urggg.

I thought that too at first but then my s4 woulda come in the same box but i got original packaging with all of the contents. I had the optimus g pro before this and it came in att packaging too lol so there doesnt seem to be any logic behind it that im seeing

Lucky me, AT&T is shipping out via USPS for me. It shows a delivery date of 10/5, which definitely isn't priority as claimed. On top of that, I don't have mail delivery at my house. So, USPS is the worst possible delivery method.

Exactly. Usually they'll hold it. But, it's not a guaranteed process. I had a package recently show as delivered, but wasn't held.. It just showed up on my doorstep 11 days later. So dunno where they delivered it, but yeah...

I was charged 36 for the activation fee on my bill, but the should take the phone cost directly from my bank off the card I used to buy it. I don't think they let you put the cost of the phone on your bill....

It may show up on your card statement the next time your bank recycles the transactions. Like how a transaction goes from pending to posted. Since it dropoed off and should still be held in reserve it may just post as completed when it recycles. I have Navy Federal Credit Union and thats how it works for me.
