(AT&T) Will a corp store exchange my Galaxy S3 if I bought it thru customer care?

I called 2 stores and one said no the other yes. Anyone ever did this successfully?

I've done it in the past, but it's at store discretion.
Since they just got inventory they may not want to give it away on a swap.

I was told thru customer care I had to return my GS3 then they can process another order. So I went ahead and called to get it done instead if waiting for the stores to have them. The CSR went ahead and placed another order for one with free overnight shipping and then I can return my defective one afterwards. AT&T thank you!

Usually they would have you send it back and send you another. Sometimes they will send one out and have you return the one in your possession.

They usually won't do it in store. Glad it worked out.

I just returned my white S3 at my local corp store with no issues. They where very helpful and I was in and out within 20 minutes! Just be sure to bring any box or items that came with the phone.

My volume rocker wasn't working all the time but the new one is flawless.
