I know I can't tell it here, but I will do for help you: on windowscentral forum there is a section for Samsung Windows Phones, and a section for your Neo too. There you will find some guide or good help to revert you phone to 8.1 (you updated to .341 without upgraded fw, happend to me with my Ativ S). You will find help to receive all fw updates too, so you can install .341 and 8.1.2 too without problems

I just want to upgrade my att neo to win10 technique preview. HTC can,why samsung not? I still found no guide to solve the bootloop ,I am crying.
