atrix back cover help

so i sold my atrix on ebay, never received any feedback its been about a month...

today buyer says the back cover is missing protective grid dynamic?

im not sure what he means, he says its missing the mesh? and now wants me to purchase a new cover

can i see your guys back cover front and back?

and what should i do? should i give him $ to buy cover + how much should i give him

No chance mate. Did you send it with signature required? If so then he or she should of flagged the issue immediately. Not a whole month later. I guess the "mesh" is the speaker cover.......

Anyhow tell the douche to do one. Hope you don't give in to the threats and pressure.

yes i shipped fed ex 2 day with signature

he purchased it as a new york buyer, but is contacting me a ukraine buyer i offered to get me one from ebay for 12$ he said they don't ship to ukraine and he wants 15 + buyers fee? lol 3$

im guessing he bought the phone, it gets sent to a ny address and then sent to the ukraine

i feel i dont have to pay him anything, but the way ebay protects buyers is what scares me

i wouldn't worry. if it's been a month. it's more than likely that they damaged it. Buyers fee??? they're having a laugh!!

i hate people who don't give feedback! ebay need to sort that one out!!!

Give eBay a call... Their customer service is actually pretty good and they can walk you through exactly what your rights are. They won't keep you on hold for too long, either! Definitely worth the call.
