Thinking of upgrading my Atrix to one of these. Can you tell me any more about the partitions, which are, RO, RW, Have Super User privs on boot etc?

I know this is a dead thread, but which block is the internal storage? I tried p38, it's not it...

There is no actual, dedicated partition for the "internal storage." That sdcard folder is simply a symlink to /data/media. So the block you're interested in is /data.

That's the same as the OP here....

What exactly are you trying to do?

I managed to delete the internal storage while unlocking/flashing stock to the phone. It's filled with family pictures so I really need them back...

I'll try it, thanks!

EDIT: I don't see a data block in the list?

You can't get them back from anything on XDA. Maybe a Data Recovery specialist, but not something we can help with.

Userdata == Data.

I have never been able to find any such file on either of my Atrix HDs. Samsung, and maybe LG, are the only makers where the end user can get access to the imei files. I think the Atrix HD is like the Nexus 4/5 in that you can't get access to the file which means you can't change or back it up.

    WHY would you want to do that to yourself again?

    How did you make a backup on your other AHD with all of the paritions, firmware blocks, etc.?
    I do it using the dd command, for example:
    to backup partition:
    dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0p32 of=/sdcard/data.img

    to restore partition:
    dd if=/sdcard/data.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p32

    PD: I solve the problem, how i said, i restore the partitions from another AHD on my device and it solve the charge and usb storage issue :highfive:
