Atrix Reboots Instead Of Wake Up

ok i've tried searching all fay for a fix to my problem but i can't even seem to find a thread that matches my problem. They are alot of "random reboot" threat but not like mine.. Ok i bought a used phone on ebay (manufacturer refurbished) and the problem is the phone boots up fine and everything but every time the screen goes to sleep and i try to wake it up it just reboots instead. i've tried using a USB cable and wall charger to wake it up and it still reboots instead. i thought it was a software problem so i flashed a new rom and problem still there. Any suggestions. i'm on MROM at the moment

Update: ok after a few days of continue research and trying everything i found i finally gave up. Ordered a Galaxy SII and will try to see if i can get the Atrix sold for parts or something. Got to say though, i'm officially done with motorola for good. Atrix was my 3rd Motorola Android phone and all had some sort of problem. Gonna see how Samsung works out.. Btw for anyone having this same problem its seems to be a hardware problem with no known fix.. sorry guys
