who at att would you have to complain to about the software upgrades? Im sick of waiting for ICS and now JB is out. WTF, is there somebodys email we can bombard with complaints on att lack of effort with the note?

dont waste your time..ive done it ..just to see what they say..you MIGHT get someone who knows what they are talking about like i did..hee said " root and rom it"

yes..but im sure we have all been there and wanted to ask / complain to ATT

If you complain too much they'll just disconnect your phone.

Ya calling an att customer care representative who makes $10/hour will solve the upgrade issue.

Pro tip: get a life. If this is that big a concern then you need to get laid.

The question you should be asking is this:

If I complained to AT&T about the lack of software upgrades... do you think they would give a flying f**k?

The answer to that question is:
No. They don't give a s**t.

You want regular updates and ICS right now that is better than what AT&T is going to give you:
