ATT HTC Titan with HSPL stuck on Radio 16

I have a HTC ATT Titan that is loaded with HSPL (as far as I can tell) - but will not load any ROMS that require radio 17. The screen remains stuck on the HTC logo. If I switch to radio 16 and a supported rom, it works. 1) can someone please...

Install bazaar app in ur phn than in that. There is another app called advance configuration there is option in that prevent from relocking just try that
I am not sure that it will work but give it a try

Or
InstAll deepshining ROM latest in it there is a option
