ATT non smartphone plan on GN

This may have been answered but I can't seem to get a solid answer, currently using the SG2 on ATT's non-smartphone plan with unlimited data, if I take the sim and use it on the GN, will ATT flag this as a smartphone and charge me more for the 2G data plan? Thanks in advance.

They might not flag you right away but yes, they will eventually flag you and make you switch. This will be the case for most all smartphones out there soon enough.
