Assuming you're on a legit 4G data plan, all you need to do is "reset to default" in the APN settings and the phone will pick up the new AT&T SGS2 APN settings automatically. If you're on a 3G plan you'll lose data connectivity and have to rebuild the Cingular 410 APN manually.
