Attempt to port a rom but need help from devs or anyone who can solve this

I tried to port a rom from m8 and install it on m8 eye.
it stuck at bootlogo
then i flashed stock boot image { just a test} it bootlooped not stuck at bootlogo

So please someone help me in avoiding stucking at boot logo please.
