Attempted root now in bootloop

So I followed a tutorial on how to root. So, I installed kingroot and it went fine right until the part where I tried to replace it with Supersu ME. So then I got stuck in a bootloop. It starts from the Xperia bootup screen then onto the Android. Any suggestions?

You must install recovery before you uninstall kingroot, and then flash supersu.zip
