Audio issue on phone call

Guys, i've changed my phone rom to the stock because my lenovo wasn't charging, so when i was testing the phone, on the calls the audio doesn't works, only on the speaker. But when i was test the phone on the lenovo companion app, the earpiece works normally. Anyone knows if it's a bug of the rom, or anything related? I'm using the stock because on the other custom the charging was not working =/
