Audio tuner not working

Audio tuner is not making any effect ,screenshot of the app attached

I also experienced this bug after 2.2 update.
A restart with wiping cache 2-3 times do the trick for me and it starts working.
However there is still a bug in this app like when you change genre frequencies changes accordingly but bass space treble level remains same.

And in my opinion there is a bug in that app that cause a loudness problem, what I mean is that on my oneplus 2 ringtones are really hard to hear but sound from music or YouTube videos is loud enough to hear. Strange issue.
