It might be my latest projects for Ultimate-X and i will focus to Ultimate-X2 projects

• Added HTCCalculator with vibrate
• Smooth scrolling on M2D

Button map:

• Single press side "OK" button to Close/OK New
• Long press to running HTCVolumeControl New
• Single press "Red" button as default use
• Double press front "OK" to sleep (usefull for playing music) New

• M2D NOT SUPPORT Landscape at this moment, we just hacked it as far as we can
• 3G version (refer to dialer only and not on network, that's mean dialer has support video calling) will upload later. Can't test due my provider problem
• If you happy with previous, i'm not guaranted on new release. so backup your previous data and settings
• Please tell me for all issues on this thread or throught PM, may i will not reply but i read it

Flashing STOCK KAISER ROM - flashing THIS ROM then perform HARD RESET to avoid potensial problems, or read this post for noobs (thanks mskip)
Disabled Auto Detect SIM Card for better fast boot throught Advanced Config (V19 only)

Known Bugs and solutions (Updated 03/06)

Known Bugs and solutions:

• Band page not showing on phone settings (thanks zim2dive), should be fixed on V3
• No sound on touchflo (thankks hpacura), just copy all files on Windows\TouchFlo to Windows folder
• Long Press End Key just locking phone even if us change the options, problem should be fixed and confirm by nhatt (thanks brother) by installing this cab
• Suggestion word not working on Opal or Jade keyboard rom version, run advancedconfig under Input tweaks and disable eT9 options
• RSS hub can't stored on storage card, run advancedconfig under Location tweaks and changes all RSS tweak to Storage Card
• QuickGPS can't download data, terminate QuickGPS over taskmanager and install this cab
• Dialer showing white background when incoming call, extract this zip file and overwriting into windows folder
• For anyone have alarm issued, check this solution by lutherkingmartin (thanks)
• Device connect to gprs when running igo or tom tom, solution here
• Fix keyoard issued for Tilt user, download attachments from msd24200. Credits for him and cab's maker
• Fixed for Camera and Video icon on M2D V13, posted here[/B]
• For anyone have problem with HTC Volume Control, try solution from asfoor. And mirror by stylez.Thanks for them both
• Onscreen keyboard issues knowing effected by incompatibility ezinput. Delete SIPGT_app.lnk and startkey.lnk from startup, then disabling et9 by advancedconfig and restart to fix the problem
• No SMS/MMS, and other minor bugs maybe causing by bad flashed. Try small tips from F2504x4 (thanks for him)
• Font size problem on JBed (V15 & V16), solution founded by stylez (thanks for him)
• HTCFootPrint, NaviPanel and TomTom 7 solution by hpacura. Credits for him and Anryl
• Low Volume incall problem, try this cab by poldo. Thanks for him and another people have discovered
• WMP freezing problem. Take a look HERE. Thanks to ashmont for solution
• Booting problem on V19, you should disabling auto detect SIM card throught advanced config under misc options
• Backlight won't changing on V20, install this file and soft reset
• Restore DeviceLock.exe on V21 and below, install this cab by anhphe076 (thanks bro)
• Fixed file for phone settings - advanced tab layout too height by install this cab (thanks lufc to remind me)
• Setting for limitation on sending/ receiving MMS. Over Schap's thread
• Missing files required on PIE for V6, installing this file provided by anhphe076
• Workaround for new Comm Manager here (Rhodium Comm Manager)

abusalza, the 3 screen shots you posted looks great. But I know that many here are going to want to see more screen shots, including a healthy list of applications (and the version of each application) as well.
I say posting about 10 screen shots should be good. If you're going to continue creating roms, I'd put up a paypal link as well, if I was you. It's a good motivator.
If this is your first attempt at cooking/releasing your own rom, Congrats. I look forward to see more.

if you found a tweak to add and raise that laggy voice of kaiser will be great
as well as a working overclocking program for the processor

i also suggest just place the needed apps
some gps application to enhance it not garmin etc..

and please provide a good splash screen and soo i am sick of the roms here cause of the screens
