Autobrightness too low in dark situations

Hi.

Just purchased my note 8 today.

I've noticed that in low-light situations (for example, right now at night), auto-brightness dims the screen too much.

This is not happening in normal-high light conditions.

Have anyone else noticed this or should I return my sample and ask for a new one?
