Is there any way to get an auxilary output from the banana plugs in the back? I bought some that i can hook up to speakers with copper wire but i was wondering if anyones been able to convert that into an aux. Thanks

Since the output is amplified, I don't think it would be possible.

Quick edit: by my statement, I'm assuming you want the aux to be at line level.

In theory, yes you can turn an amplified analog signal into a line level out.
In practice, you might end up with a cloud of blue smoke from choosing the wrong component values, and to do it right will still cost a few bucks.

Better choice (safer choice) is to find a toslink or hdmi to analog decoder.

As others have noted, yes... you need 2 channel "Line Level Converter" ... or you could use a TOSLINK to RCA adapter, but those require an external power source... so another plug in the wall.
