Avoid outlook mobile to send Read Confirmations

Each time someone send an email with read confirmation outlook mobile send an answer back to the sender.
This emails can be spam or you don't want to send the confirmation for now, what can be done to avoid this ?

If you ever get a solution please let me know I have the same issue.
As far as I read these settings are controled at exchange server side, because they are general for the OWA.
I was hoping to find some registry tweak or something like that, but I didn't
