Because this isn't just a security patch update. Other older devices got JUST the security patch.

This JUNE update will include several fixes/optimizations/features for the S23 series, so yes, I assume it's taking longer because they're testing it.

Older devices are getting only the security patch with the update, and from what we've heard, a much bigger update is being prepared for the s23 series. I guess that's the reason for the wait.

The current May Update has a build date from April 13th. Almost 2 months old by now. Samsung shouldn't be releasing 4 million different phones

The pain of being all things to everyone. These guys have a phone at virtually every $ price point!! I pity the software department..these must be overworked chimps!

Would happily wait if any of bigger bugs would be fixed instead of receiving "nothingburger of security patches" yesterday. If no bigger bugfixes this month, then we will end up waiting for another month which is obviously a longer time.

need your help. I bought a phone on eBay, but my device doesn't have any Samsung apps like SPay, Galaxy Store, and I don't have a chance to install a dark theme. I assume I need to flush with a different country firmware? or do I need to switch to another CSC?
P.S. For the moment, I tried to install all of the apps, but the system is not allowing me to do that.
Please advise.
