Good morning,

The more I dig, the more i'm puzzled.

I do own an axon A2017G, with the last nightly LOS
Two of my relatives have both a samsung phone (A5 2017 and S7)

When they want to make a video call, they just choose an option "video call" in contacts, and that's it.
They don't launch a specific app for that (unless it's hidden???).

- I don't have this option in my contacts app
- I can't receive video calls from my relatives.

Is it really "volte" related or something else?
I've checked with *#*#4636#*#* and volte options are greyed.

thanks. :)

VoLTE is Voice over LTE so I'm pretty sure it's not related
Video calls are a feature of Whatsapp, and usually those options appear below the phone number on the contact. Maybe it is that?

I've checked the A5 2017, there is no whatsapp installed. The video call option is just built in. In the contacts you tap an option to place a video call, and that's it.
