Axon VIP//Screen question

Hello, I have a question about Axon VIP service, or whatever that extra year of warranty, and free screen replacement is called. My question is: Can I have my screen replaced, when its ONLY scratched, or do I must crack it to have it replaced? ;/

it's like $70-80 per claim, so do it at your own expense. I don't think they care what you are claiming, as long as you pay.

Oh, then I'm not aware of this. I assumed this was the "2 year service" that they advised with the phone, not something else, sorry.

Is there no fine print for this vip service? A quick Google search says one free screen replacement within the first 6 months. I'd contact zte directly just to confirm whether they'd replace a lightly scratched screen.
