Nevermind, seems to be Regeneris mistake. Phone is now repaired.

This seems like more of an issue with the third-party servicing center than the warranty plan as a whole, based on some reviews of Regenesis.

I'd get in touch with ZTE directly asap, as well as press Regenesis further as to why they are not honouring the screen repair your warranty clearly states you should be entitled to.

Thanks, but Regenersis is not a 3rd party, it was listed as the only servicing centre in my warranty card
