Hola me podrian ayudar tengo el moto g4 xt1621, lo que sucedió fue que estaba lleno de eolo parche de seguridad de 7.0 no recuerdo si la era de diciembre de marzo pero cuando terminó el sistema de reboot ahora pero no prendio mas, solo prende el led Y la pc lo reconoce ya instale los drivers pero me da error quisiera saber si me podrian ayudar a fondo a recuperar mi moto g4, disculpen pero lo pongo en ingles y español pero no hablo ingles uso el traductor, ayudame porfavor

You should be a little bit more specific regarding to on what version did you were when this happened.

If the white led still works i think that you got a chance that your bootloader would be functional. Try to plug your device (powered off) to a charger while holding VOLUME - button.

Your goal is to enter to the bootloader mode and be able to flash the stock rom (full factory from march).

If this method doesn't work, you got high chances that your device might be soft-bricked, and you'll must wait till the new blank flash files be available.

This Motorola devices aren't the ideal ones for downgrade or update OTA's if you don't know what are you doing (it's clearly your case) because a bootloader and GPT downgrading could be very risky, and in some cases this ends in a bricked device (i'll hope not yours).

Deberías ser más detallista en cuanto a en que versión estabas cuando te sucedió esto, si el led todavía prende puede que tengas todavía un bootloader funcional. Intentá conectando tu dispositivo (apagado) a un cargador presionando el botón VOLUMEN -.
Tu meta es poder entrar al modo bootloader para poder flashear la rom stock, en ese caso, tendrías que flashear la de Marzo. Si nada de esto sirve, posiblemente tu dispositivo este brickeado (como tantos otros en este foro). Estos dispositivos de Motorola no son los ideales para flashear roms sin saber lo que se hace, debido a que hacer un downgrade de la version del bootloader o del GPT termina en un brick.

Se resolvio tu problema de Brick??? tengo el XT1621 y solo enciende el led y la PC no lo reconoce, ya he descargado los drivers de motorola y los de DB y los de Qualcom y nada .............. me puedes decir como lo resolviste ???

Se solucionó el brick

Utilizando la versión más moderna del blank flash se puede recuperar el inicio del bootloader, solo que debes flashear la última versión de Android que sacó Motorola
