Thats why I say it took me a while to get the order done, the problem is this item is sold only in korea, and it's hard to get.

Which official site? LG or Voia? I tried in Voia but can't add to cart.

Found the Korean Voia site, but does not sell to retail customers. The Duo and modular cases look very good. Shame there is no easy way to buy them.
they do, they have a online store and you have to use a agent to purchase it, or search in gmarket.

Just received my Voia modular case today, was going to do a review in a separate thread, but I don't think the company deserve this, so this will only be some basic information with photo's

The case fits well on the G5, not as tight as the spigen style armor, those who has the spigen knows what i'm talking about, the case can be used with any protector as the rim of the case does not reach the glass, you can clearly see this from the photo's, the good thing is the case supports the hifi plus modular or the normal adapter that you get with the G5, but during the purchase you have to select the normal cover if you still want the cover for the normal adapter, this cover is not sold individually, only the Hifi plus cover can be purchased optional.

Ordered one full case including extra modular cover to use for the Hifi plus modular direct from voia.

Pink case
Clear case

2 pink hifi plus covers
1 gold hifi plus cover
1 titanium hifi plus cover
1 clear hifi plus cover
1 clear normal cover

Becareful, they have the modular for both the normal or hifi plus, but not sold together, it's also best to use the PC Gmarket as they have many discount, as of present they have 20% off. with code 20spring16, just put the code in the search bar and it will direct you to the discount.

Advice is to get the color version, not the clear one.

Bought both clear and solid and you're right the solid colour version is a better and slimmer fit. Astonished at the number of boxes used for the packaging. Very happy with this case option.

I don't own lg g5 but I am interested in this module. I have some questions though.
1.in the packaging is there a cable or adapter that can be used for phones without usb type c or I should buy an adaptor.
2.the audio quality is better than a fiioe17/e18 for example?
3.usb audio player pro works ok with this module?
4.anybody tried it with good quality headphones like sennheiser hd600 (300 or more ohm) can the module drive them well?
5.is there a way to connect to the module an extra headphone amp like fiioe12?
6. does it work ok with low impedance iems (I mean no hiss etc )

1. Yes, there is a MicroUSB to USB-C cable
2. I don't know don't have a Fiio, but I just got the LG hi-fi plus and I'm not impressed using them with my IEMs. I don't think it sounds much better, if at all and doesn't seem to deliver much more volume. (Seems like a mixed bad with my over-ear headphones, more below)
3. Don't know but don't see why not.
4. It dosen't drive my Sennheiser HD 598 or my Fidelio X2 very loud and those are both about 32 ohms (recently sold my HD600 so can't comment on those. Oddly it seem to do a MUCH better job driving my 250 ohms Beyerdynamic DT1770, and 80 ohms DT1350. I can't explain why the Beyerdynamics sound so much louder the the other aside from them being closed back headphones and use telsa drivers that are fairly efficient. I don't own any other closed back headphones to test.

I was ready to return or sell this thing until I tested with the Beyerdynamics there is a noticeable improvement in the volume, that I don't understand why I don't notice with my IEM or open back dynamic headphones (it also can't power my planar magnetic headphones, but that's no surprise).

Not sure what to tell you. depending on you headphones it may work well or it may disappoint you. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, I'll have to test again another day and see if things turn out the same.

A good cheap case for the LG G5 with HiFi Plus

Look at this on eBay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/361585893824

Is this (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/361585893824?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT)

The only case available for the G5 and the Hi-Fi Plus module? I'm searching high and low and not coming up with much...

EDIT: Typical me, I just stumbled upon a treasure trove of them (eBay is my friend!).
