I personally think Jake (the "real" one) is an IDIOT for not clarifying on his own blog that he didn't post the picture. He makes a statement about it, but doesn't do what he SHOULD HAVE DONE to put an end to these shenanigans a lot sooner... Makes no sense. Why would you not clear up the confusion Jake when you had a chance??

its called damage control. he got the incredible, on the pretense when he did discover root, he would post it on alldroid. he had to consult with b16 first to make sure not to make the site look stupid.
this is not anyone but the troll's doing.

Having said that....

He claimed (or implied depending on how you want to look at it) that he/his friend had root.

At best, it was foolish for him to make such public comments without any technical data or other means of verification to back it up other than 'his friend's' word (the friend who many of us aren't even really sure exists).

At worst, he lied.

Give the guy a break. Has nobody ever said "my buddy told me..." to someone else and then find out it wasn't true? That's all that happened. Plus, IT'S A PHONE. It's not some device that's going to stop war or anything after it's rooted. I think everybody should stay of all the sites they normally go to for info for a couple days and see what's new when they come back. That is all.

Plus image said "Alldroid is first" and so did alldroid site....this is just another lie that's been added to their reputation. Way to go to bring traffic....

Now that I vented, "REAL" developers, please keep on working on mastering the root. We have hope in you....Paul, Cyanogen, Koush, binny, acid and many more that I missed.

I spelled like that due to respect to site...just trying to avoid the real words....and hold back the strength of my true feelings. If you have been aside from all this, I apologize.... I hope those involved learned a good lesson.
