Anyone knows how to replace that part of RAZR I, the glass one, where is located the camera, flash, etc?

I would try to buy the replacement part but don't know how to change.

They sell the phone's whole back part on ebay. I can't get the link right now, but it only costs like twenty bucks, it's all a matter of replacing the whole back. Just unscrew the torx heads and you should be able to do it. I can't guarantee it'll work, but it's probably your best shot. Good luck!

Hi.

The glass is glued with a dubbled-sided adhessive. It is no problem to remove it. You just have to be carefull around the speaker, not to remove the speakergrill.
I would recommend to use a plastic tool to avoid scratches on the outer housing.

I'm not sure if I need to buy the whole back part or just the glass one.

Look at my phone (the image is inverted cause I took using a mirror:

I've found this part. do you know if I can repair with just this one?
Look this "For Motorola Razr i XT890 Battery Door Glass Lens":

In fact, I don't know how to remove just the glass part.
I tried to remove using a small plastic tool, but I think it would took my a lot of hours to remove, since the glass is very.. "cracky"

back cover replacement

I'm having the same problem with mine? did you managed to solve the problem? if yes, could you detail how? I have bought a whole back replacement from Aliexpres but it's really cheap plastic instead of metal bezel around the kevlar...

Think of cleaning the lens thoroughly before gluing the glass!
have you replaced your glass already? did you used the double sided tape? if you bought only the glass was it made of thick glass or just a silly plastic? I have a complete back cover replacement and thinking of taking down the glass and have mine replaced with that. But I don't have the double sided tape. will it work with glue (i.e. have the same height with the rest of the back of the phone)?:)

Yes I did; only replaced the broken glass part over lens, flash. In the set I got there was a glass (no plastic), double-sided tape, it was piece of cake replacing - except that I did not clean the lens good enough, got since ugly pics with spots on.. :(

How did you remove all of the glass off the back and where is the best place to get the glass from?
Thank you

Well, basically I used a sharp knife/cutter. My glass was quite broken, so I took it out piece by piece. You just have to be careful with around the camera and speaker.
I also have a spare back cover with glass. If you want I can help you. I am not using it anymore, as I sold my phone.
