Back key and menu key unresponsive...

Has anyone else had this problem or have heard of something similar?

This has happened to me on several occasions like surfing the web and not being able to go back and not able to pull up the menu.

I haven't ever had a problem with my buttons..they always work fine.

Well its sounding to me that I have a bad S7, tomorrow is the end of my 14 days so I'm gonna take it back for a good one.
