got the phone outta my holster and hit the power button and the screen flickered ....done it a few times before ,so i did a battery pull and powered back on and no back light at all im flashing it back to stock but in s-off and dont know how to s-on when i cant see the screen .....any tips?
backlight died and am sending back need to return to stock

Same thing happened to my desktop monitor a few weeks ago... If it's only backlight and not the screen itself, you should still be able to see something by pointing enough light into it

Update ....after running back and forth from the window at the shop and the computer ive managed to flash back to stock and s-on and then had to flash a different RUU went from RUU_Pyramid_TMOUS_1.27.531.2_Radio_10.42.9007.00P_10.11.9007.15_M_release_192098_signed.exe to RUU_Pyramid_TMOUS_1.29.531.2_Radio_10.42.9007.00P_10.11.9007.15_M_release_193714_signed.exe and now its all good ....realy hate to sent this phone back its by far the best htc device ive owned .....just hope the replacment is a new one and not a refurb
