Hello guys,
Today i am going to share my personal build of BOSP [BAIDU OS] for our GT-I8262. Remember i have not developed this rom ..
THIS IS NOT MY DEVELOPMENT and I have just fixed bugs for making it better for our device.This is a chinese rom and developed by someone else ..so i am not taking any credits for that.

What's Different from other builds ??

1. Deodexed
2. Zipaligned & Signed
3. Removed Chinese Apps.
4. Added some new apps in replacement of Chinese apps
5. Fixed Camera Upside down [ Rotation ] BUG
6. Changed intallation script and now it will not wipe your internal sdcard.
7. Muisc Player trnaslated to english by me.......using google translate though english may be confusing but better than chinese..]
8. Added my modded stock kernel for fixing many bugs..
9. Added Lollipop bootanimation and removed chinese..
10. Default Language is ENGLISH ...

WHAT BUGS still left ??

1. NO USB MTP connection -----> SEE POST 2nd for Work Around ...

HOW to install this OS/Firmaware/ROM ??

1. Download and copy rom to Extsdcard or internal sdcard.
2. Goto recovery
NOTE:- I prefer TWRP ( u can use any recovery )..
3. Wipe data , cache and dalvik cache
4. Install zip from sdcard and select the BOSP_Repacked_by_abhi922.zip
5. Reboot !
6. Boot will take few minutes....so have patience..

FAQ :->

1. ROM is not working properly with dual sim ??
A:- I never used dual sim on my phone so post ur problem will try to help you.

2. USB not working ?
A:- Yes, i know that an see below for workaround to use USB tranfer.

USB Data connection Workaround --> How to transfer files from sdcard to PC or vice-versa ??

Ans :->
As we know this rom has bug that we caanot connect phone to pc and transfer files so here i found a workaround ..and works like a charm
1. Download Android_Commander for windows from HERE
2. then install this on your PC
3. open this application on pc
4. now goto phone's settings > developers options > enable usb debugging.
5. connect your phone to pc and let Android Commander to recognise the conncted device and then open this from Android Commander.
6. Copy , delete , move , rename files on sdcard or internal sdcard or system using ADB..

No data connection...!!!

Thanks for the great ROM..
There's just one problem. Whenever mobile connects to mobile data the network disconnects and data gets disabled..
Also Google Play Services isn't installed which some of the apps such as Google Keep use...

i can't add apn
i trying from yesterday but ca'nt add
so i have no 3g data on the phone
any ideas or any fix

I found this topic in modaco
Baidu Cloud ROM beta V49 English - NOTE: update 67-69 added
and he type fix for the apn problem

- fixed the 3G data for some 128KB "funny sim" card types

i hope we get the fix too

You close all applications including whatsapp and you send a message from another phone but did not arrive until after the program is running again

Open Whatsapp and then press home button...then open recent apps using long press home button and swipe down the whatsapp to lock it from clearing...Reason for ur problem is that u clear whatsapp from ram and it need to restart again to give u notifications...
