Everything appears to be identical between our device screenshots, with the exception of the additional info highlighted within the Kernel Version description on my G3. I'm not sure why that's the case, as I've never installed any custom kernels.

Thanks again for reaching out. I put the ROM on fresh and added in the Kernel from the second post. Now, I'm not sure if the Kernel was the missing link to making it work or it needed a fresh install, but I did both and it works. I will rebuild the the device with apps and logins. Really appreciate the confirmation bro.

Hopefully last question, do you know how to remove the update software notification in the drop down area? I tried freezing software update and removing those apps, but it still shows.

I did that so long ago, I could not easily recall the steps. I suggest you do what I did back then and search the forum here, as that's where I found the complete solution.

As a "down and dirty" fix, you might try simply holding your finger down on the update notification in your pull down screen. After holding it down for a second or so, you should see it change and display an "i" info icon to the right. If you click on that icon, you should be brought to a screen that offers you the option to disable notifications for that particular app. While this won't stop or kill the update process, it should hide/eliminate the annoying notification. --- No guarantees, but easy enough to test out.

Again, there is a more permanent fix that involves replacing some files using a root explorer, but I did it so long ago, I can't remember the steps or where to point you, other conducting a search here on the forum.

Good Luck and enjoy your newly working WiFi Calling!

ZVC Modem and ZVC_rpm_tz_partitions you can even flash the ZVC keyboard if it's giving you any trouble...now some people will flash ZV4 modem cause they believe it works the best others say that ZVC is the best so far....and the latest one would be ZVE but no one have made a flashable Modem or rpm_tz_partitions for it...or a flashable rom..
There's a ls990 in the family still on zv6, no new partitions, and I wanna put KK, or MM, Or nougat on it after learning of vault 7. Was it ever determined whether modems and partitions need to be updated before updating Android versions? I imagine not if using AOSPish Roms, but lg based Roms, I don't know. I just haven't had time to keep up the last few years. But I remember debate whether partitions updates were necessary. But can't find the info.

Thanks.

If i want to use ls990 on other career(i.e. not Sprint), will this rom work for me?
I know I was having troubles before with 'update profile prl' and it wasnt working for me, that's why i am asking, after reading FAQ.

Currently I am on fulmics, but I am looking for a ROM that will provide me best signal strength.

I tried different modems flashing but non helped me.

What do you mean by other carrier? Something like Boost or other 3rd party? Or other carrier i.e. Verizon?

Definitely loved and appreciated BareCee for the last year plus... but about 2 months ago, I moved on to Fulmics. I was just about to pop for a new LG G6, but after upgrading to the latest (and final) version of Fulmics (7.5), I'm planning to keep the old-faithful G3 as my daily driver for at least another several months.

I have nothing but great and positive things to say about BareCee. The main reason I moved on was to be able to run a MM ROM on the G3, as well as getting (close to) the latest security patches on my phone.

For those happy with Lollipop and wanting a stable, stock experience... there's really nothing better than BareCee. Many thanks again to the Dev and all those who provided helpful information here.

Well, I may be jumping off to the htc u11. Right now it looks the readily rootable right now. Not even out yet and already a ROM out for the sprint variant.

Yup, rocking this ROM right now. I am researching the idea of moving to something newer. I wish this dev could get this exact experience with a current android version!!!

This stocked based. There is nothing newer for this device. The only way to run nougat or maybe oreo is with LOS or AOSP based ROM's.
