Thanks again for reaching out. I put the ROM on fresh and added in the Kernel from the second post. Now, I'm not sure if the Kernel was the missing link to making it work or it needed a fresh install, but I did both and it works. I will rebuild the the device with apps and logins. Really appreciate the confirmation bro.
Congrats on getting it working!

Hopefully last question, do you know how to remove the update software notification in the drop down area? I tried freezing software update and removing those apps, but it still shows.
I did that so long ago, I could not easily recall the steps. I suggest you do what I did back then and search the forum here, as that's where I found the complete solution.
As a "down and dirty" fix, you might try simply holding your finger down on the update notification in your pull down screen. After holding it down for a second or so, you should see it change and display an "i" info icon to the right. If you click on that icon, you should be brought to a screen that offers you the option to disable notifications for that particular app. While this won't stop or kill the update process, it should hide/eliminate the annoying notification. --- No guarantees, but easy enough to test out.
Again, there is a more permanent fix that involves replacing some files using a root explorer, but I did it so long ago, I can't remember the steps or where to point you, other conducting a search here on the forum.
Good Luck and enjoy your newly working WiFi Calling!
