Baseband version unknown

I bought my htc u11 on 2018 december in uae .it works still 2020 jan.one day suddenly i can't make calls and unable use mobile network. Mobile shows baseband unknown and radio signal status off . I try to fix it but i can't.please help me recover it.

Read my post in another thread (https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=83681279&postcount=47). I restored IMEI numbers and baseband but wifi is not working. I bought new phone.
