Hi guys,

i think my batterie is dead/broken/whatever. Since 1-2 months my phone only lasts half a day with LOS14. Sometimes it shuts down with 25-30% batterie. When i restart i have 20% and the phone turns off immediately. When i turn it on again it shows 1% and turns off immediately again.

Now i want to try to go back to stock-rom, to see if it is rom related or hardware related. Is there a way to get back to stock? I have a TWRP-Backup of my stock rom.

The zte warranty in germany says: 6 months warranty on batteries (fixed batteries 24 months)

So i could try to let it be repaired under warranty but i want to go back to stock for that.

Greetings holybabel

Your TWRP backup should be just fine. Do a wipe and restore, and you should be back to stock.

Also, to de-void your warranty, you will have to look into restoring stock recovery and re-locking the bootloader. Otherwise, your phone's not covered.
