Hi,
I used successfully lineage-17.1-20200220-UNOFFICIAL-serranoltexx for a while, it worked great, but for some reason, the phone started to drain the battery and loose 10% of capacity per hour. In the meantime, I could pinpoint the issue. The drain happens only if the mobile data is on, but even if I have a good, working Wifi connection. Using BetterBatteryStats, I can see that the wakelock "bam_dmux_wakelock" is waking up the phone very often, which confirms that the issue is related to mobile data.
I have updated to lineage-17.1-20200220-UNOFFICIAL-serranoltexx and the modem to I9195XXUCQL2, which seems to be the latest for me (Germany, T-mobile). It didn't help.
2G/3G/4G doesn't make a difference. With 4G, signal strength is about -100 dbm, on 2G, -70 dbm, which seem like reasonable values.
I don't phone often, but I have also issues with the normal calls: I cannot pick up, or the call gets interrupted. Maybe the issues are related.
I am out of ideas how to investigate further. Is there any way to see the reason of the frequent ""bam_dmux_wakelock" ? Could it be a hardware issue ? Any other idea?
Thanks!
