battery draining

Guys from 2-4 days my motog4 is not charging more than 11% and after removing the charger the battery is draining very fast i think this started after the recent software update of my mobile ,but i cant understand the problem i don't use turbo charger and im using normal usb charging since 4 months but this problem started frm 4 days...! Pls help my fone is still switched off and charging

Have you a g4 or g4 plus? Unlocked bootloader? Installed twrp recovery? Custom rom or stock rom? Any mods installed?

I have moto g4+ and nope nothing is installed cauz i don't know much abt these stuff

Backup your stuff, do a factory reset and see if it helps. Maybe something went wrong with the update.
