Battery Drop In standby

i have moto defy with miui 2.3.7.
after flash this rom .i have battery problem. my problem is ....in 10 hours stand by 40% used battery.
is this may for network type? (wcdma or gsm)
icant use wcdma ..because after click wcdma its return to gsm after close ....
excuse me .my english isnt good.

please help me ...its very certain for me...

I had the same problem with cm9. I solved it by fleshing newest kernel.
