Battery LED issue on HTC Aria Liberty (Intruder A6366)

Actually I have the same issue as this post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1190227
the differences in my case are:

I´m using
Revolutionary CWM v4.0.1.4
HBOOT Ver. 6.02.1002

Is ok if I decide to follow the same method due to solve this issue? or Do I need to look for another path?

I did try and works great, no battery issue anymore, post solved
