Question could you please say if this was on Wifi with Cell combined or only on Wifi or only on Cell. Wh8ch SOC. Screen brightness.

As I never reach more than 4.15h SOT on cell, maybe I have a faulty device.

Can you guys try for the sake of sience see what happends only on Cell. Imaginge yourself a day out without having WiFi.

Thanks

That was primarily wifi with auto brightness.... And connected through Bluetooth to my gear S3. With screen resolution at the middle one 1080p... But I do have the wifi set to cut off while the screen sleeps. It saves battery.

Can you try on Cellular for one day to see how that goes?

Are you on a Snapdragin or Exynos device? I see so different battery stats. With up to 10.5h SOT on cellular data ...

Doesn't matter, thank you anywayz... Im on an Exynos.
I winder if there is much difference between them....
I think the Exynos variants are suggested to have better battery life -> I think it's believable since that has been the case for the past few years.

...the Galaxy S8 with Snapdragon 835 lasted 7 hours and 30 minutes on our battery test, while the Exynos 8895 model went on almost an hour longer, for 8 hours and 22 minutes.
