No 108. First day 8 hrs SOT with 10 percent left

My first full day I got 8 hours 43 minutes SOT hands down the best battery life I've ever had, under normal use I could easily get 2 full days.

I am looking likely to hit 8 hours SOT today with display set to qhd res. First 2 or 3 days battery life was awful.
I am hoping it settles and gets better though as I get 8-10 on my note 9.

Battery life is easily the best of any smart phone I've had. Took it off charge yesterday at 5.30am and during the day is a mixture of WiFi and 4G, XDA forums, WhatsApp, listening to music on SoundCloud and Poweramp and videos on YouTube. Got 5hrs 10 mins screen on time...but battery was still at 49% when I went to bed at 11pm.

So far battery life has not been great. Only getting around 5hrs SOT and I'm using power saving mode, the dark screen setting and screen brightness around 30% not impressed at all. I am going to take it back to carphone warehouse and get another one. Plus I am getting this annoying under water like sound in phone calls

Battery has been great here... yesterday for instance 30 odd hrs off charger, had about 8hr sot.. put back on charge this morning at work with 20% on the guage remaining..

I just moved from a galaxy s7edge with an average SOT of just over 1hr and last week got a new Mate20 pro and I wonder how do you guys get such long SOT's??
I struggle to get anything past 6hrs (if I'm lucky). Really frustrating as I was expecting to get a little more than that.

I'm not sure if it helps you but I will send some Screenshots of mine.
I am using Black theme and so much as possible dark themed apps.
Fhd+ and autobrightness.
