Battery Life

I'm having really bad battery life. I have to swap the batteries 2-3 tines a day. Also with one of my batteries the phone overheats. Any ideas?

Same situation for me. I've been uninstalling apps like mad trying to figure it out and trying to hold any type of decent batt life.
