Question Battery save life

Hello!
I have a question, how do you take care of your battery? And how much time does SOT and overall battery life hold for you then?

1) Do you close background apps?
2) Do you use Facebook lite instead of Facebook?
3) Do you turn off the internet, location, wifi when you don't need it?

How to make better use of the phone so that the battery works for many years?

2. Don't use Facebook at all. If I did I would access it through the browser.

Just use the phone and don't worry so much about the battery.

If you want it to last many years then your best bet is to limit charging to around 80% and don't let it run down past 20% too often. For more info on this search in this forum as it has been discussed before.

the best i can get the pixel6 to is about 6-8% battery use per hour screen on time.
and 1-1.3% battery use per hour screen off.

every other device i have uses less then 0.5% battery per hour screen off
10-12% battery use per hour screen on
and that is with a battery half the size.

so i have found no way to get good battery life from the pixel 6, and have gotten much much worse before i disabled a ton of stuff.

Best battery life req. full control of your phone. Only way to get full control is with root access...

To take care of your phone battery, I would recommend you to not use your phone when it’s on charging, it affects the battery life. And make sure you didn’t raise your phone temperature too much.

Otherwise, use your phone freely, you don’t need to extremely take care of it.

Or get a dumb phone. Since your prefer dumbing your smartphone anyway.
