yesterday my Battery fell down to 0 percent. Now i can't load it. When i stick the cable in, it directly boots to my pin screen where i cant type something because it says "Shutdown" because of battery.
I use CM 10.2 by TeamCanjica

Got it:
Now it is loading without booting. I dont really know why, but seems that it works. I've did a dalvik cache, and then i tried booting, the same problem again. Then i took the Battery out for about 15 seconds and sticked the cable directly in the USB from my PC an now the Battery is loading without bootloop.
