BaUpgradeUT Problem Please help """FIXED&quot

I have a problem, after setting BA to boot loader and connecting to Cradle the BaUpgradeUT.exe gives me a problem either it hangs up at getting device data or after a while gives me the Error 101.

I remember having this problem before and after 10 attempts it finally worked but no joy today

I have tried this on 4 PC's all XP all with ActiveSync 4.1 and its the same
Also tried the Cradle and 2 other usb charge/sync cables with the same result

Sometimes BA wont even switch to USB just sits on serial then I restart PC and BA and on connection it will switch to USB but still no update.

So what am I missing here?

Please any input will be appreciated this is driving me nuts!!!!

Just to add when starting BAupgradeit does close/exit activesync from the task bar and them it seems to just hang there

first of all before you put your device for flashing in cradle you must kill 2 proceses wcescomm.exe and rapimgr.exe, and the you pu your device in cradle try to flash this way, if not works try to use MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe to upgrade

Take out the 2gig SD card and the whole process works PERFECTLY
