Got md5 error then I tried to restore my recent backup (last version of that recovery) after full wipe. Lucky me, I had 1 week old backup (I think 1.3.0.8 version of that recovery) without md5 problems. I suggest everyone do nandroid backups with another recoveries, so you don't have what critical situations. I will go back to CWM recovery, it never make me such ****.
