In prevision of summer holidays I would like to buy some protections for the screen of DHD to avoid sand scraches...
Which screen and or case protection do you suggest me?

Don't take your Desire HD is the best advice. If you have an old phone I'd take that.
If you definately gonna take it, possibly a resealable plastic bag.

I know that you can get those water-proof bags, that looks very similar to a plastic food seals but designed to be dropped in water. Please be aware that sand not only scratch but can enter the sockets, volume key gaps and other small parts and may damage the unit from the inside though the exposure of salt and moisture. I highly recommend that you do not to take the DHD to the beach, I take my Ideos or Wildfire, just something cheap and wont break your heart if you do break it or damage it.

Hi Rendering,

I use an OtterBox Defender Cover Case (1), not the cheaper OtterBox Communter Case!

Its good for a boattrip with my RiB or for the beach, of course. Another way is a waterproof Case from SOMIKON (2). I have one, normally its for the IPhone but I use it for the Desire HD.
