Sprint Samsung Note IIII

My boyfriend recently got me a Sprint Samsung Note IIII. We were able to get the phone unlocked form sprint using idoneapps. However, the only issue I have is that it only runs 3G data speeds. Has anyone else had this issue if so how did you fix it? Ive used just about every APN setting out there. I have contacted AT&T to make sure my towers were updated to 1900 mhz and they assured me they were. Has anyone been able to get 4G on their note IIII?
Pls help.

It needs to be unlocked by Sprint so that the GSM bands would be available at full therefore you can use LTE.

There is one problem with the APN that may be causing the problem. At the point where it says IPv4/IPv4, it should be IPv4/IPv6. That may help, it is worth giving a shot.

With the recent software update some the options are changed in the menu, thankfully i am able to resolve my S7 connectivity issues with the help of this guide
