How To Guide Best apn settings

Hey, I finally got word back from their tech team. Idk why it took so long. They were telling me that their apn settings are automatic and they wouldn't give me anything. I just got off the phone with them and they basically told me I can't change the apn settings myself. I know that is incorrect, so the bottom line is they gave me the runaround. I don't have personal experiences with this SP, so I don't know what else I can do. I failed. I did look into, though. *Edit* almost forgot.
