Brodit windscreen mount

I use the brodit windscreen mount for multiple years now, first year for a Hero and now for two years for the DHD and it never felt off. Very strong and durable design.

Which of these is better for grip and clear recording while driving - windscreen? I don't want to see plastic while recording, because it will take third of the screen

With flexible neck > http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Car-Mou...935742?pt=PDA_Accessories&hash=item564aab6bfe

Stand kit > http://www.ebay.com/itm/CAR-MOUNT-H...993672?pt=PDA_Accessories&hash=item53f011f2c8
I had both of them.
First stopped working after 2 months cause the round base lost the attaching ability.
Now I use the second for more then 3 months and is still fine.

Unleashed from N101T @1.6Ghz

i use a original car holder from htc.
some times it's fall on sun, but a drop of WD-40 or any vegetative glycerin and it can hold long time...
and i made universal charger usb cable to 4 devices, that roll up. miniUSB, microUSB, 2mm and 3,5mm. And i can charge same time DHD and Garmin on 1A USB charger from 12V, or all 4 on 2a charger :cyclops:

Can anyone recommend a car mount cradle that charges without a cable hanging from the phone, just like the one in the picture below?
The USB-port on my phone is a bit worn out so I can only charge in docks or cradles. Cables pop out all the time.

I tried finding the car mount from kidigi but it seems its not available anymore (at an affordable price).

Edit: had to attach the picture because the forum does not allow me to post external links yet

I Have bought this for 8€ and added a headphone jack which one is connected with car stereo (u can see it in the picture)

I think it was a very good deal, it holds my device perfectly, charges my devices, sound plays threw car stereo and also mic is working, so i can call with it as well

Definitely don't get the first one. It flexes quite a bit and that in some time resulted in the leg breaking and phone felt down while driving bumpy road... luckily phone didn't get damaged.

Well... now I'm using this one:

It's very stable! Sure it doesn't have such a long arm as the flexible one thus limiting placement a bit but is well worth those few euros :good:
